Rush delivery is +30%, subject to availability. The 50% deposit starts the project; the remaining 50% is due at launch. Care plans include hosting and SSL. Without a care plan, hosting is quoted separately. Domain and third-party subscription costs are listed in your proposal.

How soon can we launch?
Launch takes 5–7 days, Business 2–3 weeks, and Growth 3–5 weeks. These timeframes start once the deposit, content, and agreed scope are ready. App timelines are set in the proposal.
How do revisions work?
You’ll review a preview link and send feedback before launch. The proposal states the revision rounds and what counts as a scope change, so we both know what’s included.
How does payment work?
Website and app projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Your proposal lists the full scope, add-ons, and any ongoing costs before you pay.
Do I own the finished website or app?
Yes. At final payment, you receive the project files and access to your accounts. Any third-party tools or assets keep their own license terms, which I’ll explain at handoff.
Who handles hosting and the domain?
The domain and hosting accounts belong to you. I help set them up and get the site live. Every care plan includes Webflow or Cloudflare hosting and SSL. Without a care plan, hosting is quoted separately. Domain and third-party subscription costs are listed in your proposal.
What does “AI-assisted” actually mean?
I use AI tools to help with drafts, code, and routine build tasks. I make the design decisions, review the work, and test it. You work with one person who is responsible for the finished result.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Every care plan is month-to-month, so you can cancel future monthly service. You keep your website and account access. Unused hours don’t roll over, and extra work is $50 an hour.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, goals, photos, and any existing brand assets. We’ll agree on content and responsibilities in the proposal. If you need help with copy or photos, we can include it in the quote.
